Can be cooked as a budget-friendly steak, but is most suited to slow cooking or dicing. If cooking as a steak make sure and tenderise the meat, consider marinating, cook no further than medium and leave to rest for 5 mins. You will get a juicy and beefy steak, but remember it won't be as tender as your premium steak cuts. For slow cooking dice the meat to your liking and cook low and slow in liquid to give you a luxurious pie filling or stew.
